Mario Castelnuovo-Tedesco'nun escarraman isimli süitinin bestecinin el yazması ve Cervantes’in eserleri kaynak alınarak performans edisyonu oluşturulması

Abstract

Bu tezin amacı, Mario Castelnuovo-Tedesco isimli bestecinin ‘’Escarraman’’ isimli süit’inin Miguel de Cervantes isimli yazarın ‘’Entremeses’’ isimli edebiyat ürünüyle olan ilişkisinden yola çıkarak, bestelenmiş eserin performans baskısının oluşturulması ve bu baskı sayesinde eserin icra edilebilirliğinin iyileştirilmesidir. Bu bağlamda taranan tüm kaynakların, eserin yenilenmesine katkı sağlaması amaçlanmaktadır. Çalışma içerisinde Mario Castelnuovo-Tedesco ve Miguel de Cervantes’in hayatına, çalışmalarına ve insan ilişkilerine değinilmiştir. Tedesco’nun biyografisi içerisinde “Escarraman” isimli süit’in ortaya çıkışı ve tamamlanma süreci, tarihsel sıralanışı ile yazılmıştır. Andres Segovia ile mektuplaşmalarından bilgiler paylaşılmış, Segovia’nın esere dair çalışmaları aktarılmıştır. Tedesco’nun, Cervantes’den etkilenmesine neden olan süreç incelenmiş ve aktarılmıştır. “Escarraman” kelimesinin kökenine sahip kaynaklar taranmış ve incelenmiştir. Edebi kaynaklarda “Escarraman” karakterinin bulunduğu konum ve eserler üzerinde etkisi ile ilgili çalışmalar taranmış ve incelenmiştir. Eser revizesiyle ilgili örnekler ve çalışmalardan bahsedilerek yapılacak revize için temel oluşturulmuştur. Eserin içerisinde yer alan icraya yönelik problemler belirlenmiş, bu problemlere yönelik çözüm çalışmaları gösterilmiştir. Çözümleri destekleyecek kaynaklar taranıp, aktarılmıştır.The aim of this thesis is to create a performance edition of the suite "Escarraman" by Mario Castelnuovo-Tedesco, taking into account its relationship with the literary work "Entremeses" by Miguel de Cervantes, and to improve the feasibility of performing the piece through this edition. In this context, the scanning of all sources is intended to contribute to the revision of the work. The study includes an examination of the lives, works, and interpersonal relationships of Mario Castelnuovo-Tedesco and Miguel de Cervantes. Within Tedesco's biography, the emergence and completion process of the work "Escarraman" are described in historical order. Information from correspondence with Andres Segovia is shared, along with Segovia's work on the piece. The process that influenced Tedesco's inspiration from Cervantes is examined and presented. The sources related to the etymology of the word "Escarraman" are scanned and examined. Studies on the position of the character "Escarraman" in literary sources and its impact on works are explored and analyzed. Examples and studies related to the revision of the piece are discussed, providing a foundation for the revision process. Technical difficulties within the piece are identified, and solutions to these problems are presented. Supporting sources for these solutions are researched and provided.
