Psikolojik sermayenin sinizm üzerindeki etkisi: İş tatminin aracılık rolü

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı, çalışanların pozitif güçlü yönlerini oluşturan ve olumlu bakış açısı yaratan psikolojik sermayenin sinizm üzerindeki etkisini ve iş tatmininin belirtilen etkiler dâhilinde aracılık rolünü tespit etmek ve bahsi geçen değişkenlerin birbirleriyle olan etkileşimlerini ortaya çıkarmaktır. Çalışma, nicel veri analizi yöntemi ile Ankara İlinde bulunan Ortaöğretim eğitim-öğretim kurumlarında çalışan 396 öğretmenden toplanan verilerle yürütülmüştür. Katılımcılardan anket yöntemi ile veriler toplanmıştır. Araştırma kapsamında toplanan veriler SPSS 23, Process (SPSS V3.4.1. by Andrew Hayes) ve Amos 21.0 programlarının desteği ile korelasyon, regresyon, ANOVA ve T-test analizleri yapılmıştır. Çalışmada elde edilen sonuçlar, ortaöğretim kurumlarında görev yapan öğretmenlerin psikolojik sermaye düzeylerinin ortalamanın üstünde olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Aynı zamanda, öğretmenlerin psikolojik sermayelerinin, sinizm üzerinde ters yönlü ve anlamlı etkisi olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Bu bulgu ile öğretmenlerin psikolojik sermaye düzeyleri artıkça, sinik davranışlarının azaldığı sonucuna varılmıştır. Araştırmanın bağımlı değişkeni olan sinizmin, katılımcıların demografik özelliklerine yönelik anlamlı bir etkisinin olmadığı saptanmıştır. Çalışmada, psikolojik sermayenin sinizm üzerindeki etkisinde, iş tatminin aracılık rolünün etkisinin olduğu desteklenmiştir. Elde edilen bilgiler ışığında, iş tatmininin psikolojik sermaye- sinizm etkileşiminde önemli aracılık rolü olduğu tespit edilmiştir. The aim of this study is to determine the effect of psychological capital on cynic, which creates the positive strengths of the employees and creates a positive perspective, and the mediation role of job satisfaction within the specified effects and to reveal the interactions of the mentioned variables. The study was carried out with the data collected from 396 teachers working in the secondary education institutions in Ankara, with the quantitative data analysis method. Data were collected from the participants using the survey method. Correlation, regression, ANOVA and T-test analyzes were performed with the support of the data collected within the scope of the research with the support of SPSS 23, Process (SPSS V3.4.1. By Andrew Hayes) and Amos 21.0 programs. The results obtained in the study determined that the psychological capital levels of teachers working in secondary education institutions were above average. At the same time, the psychological capital of teachers has been found to have an adverse and significant impact on cynicism. With this finding, it was concluded that as the psychological capital levels of teachers increase, their cynical behavior decreases. It has been determined that cynicism, which is the dependent variable of the research, has no significant effect on the demographic characteristics of the participants. In the study, it is supported that the effect of psychological capital on cynicism has the effect of mediating role of job satisfaction. In the light of the information obtained, it was determined that job satisfaction has an important mediating role in the interaction of psychological capitalism.
