Fransız ihtilali sonrası değişen toplumsal yapının müziğe etkilerinin, Fransa’da operetin ortaya çıkış süreci ve gelişimi üzerinden incelenmesi

Abstract

Fransız İhtilali sadece ülkelerin siyasal yapılarını etkilemekle kalmamış, burjuva sınıfının güçlenmesi ve ihtilal sonrası hak ve özgürlüklere kavuşan halkın söz sahibi olmasıyla müzik ve birçok sanat dalını da etkilenmiştir. Bu çalışma, Fransız İhtilali sonucunda müzikte, özellikle de sahne sanatları alanında ortaya çıkan yeni bir tür olan operet müziğini ele almaktadır. Bu çalışmada, Fransız İhtilali’yle birlikte Fransa’da değişen toplumsal yapının, sahne sanatları alanında gerçekleştirdiği değişimler ve yeni oluşan bir tür olan operet müziğinin nasıl etkilendiği araştırılmaktadır. Araştırmaya öncelikle Fransız İhtilali’yle ortaya çıkan sosyo-ekonomik değişimlerin toplum üzerindeki yansımaları ile başlanmış, devamında bu değişimlerin Romantik müzik üzerine etkileri incelenmiş, sonrasında Romantik Dönem biçimi olan operet türünün ortaya çıkış ve gelişim süreci ele alınmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda, Fransız İhtilali’nin toplumdaki farklı sınıflara kazandırdığı özgürlük düşüncesi ve sonrasında gelen Romantik dönemin “ben” anlayışı ile devam eden bu düşünce yapısı, operet türünün doğuşuna öncülük etmiş ve özgürleşmiş toplumun kazanılmış haklarıyla bu türün gelişmesine katkı sağladığı sonucuna varılmıştır. The French Revolution not only affected the political structures of the countries, but also affected music and many branches of art with the strengthening of the bourgeois class and the fact that the people who gained rights and freedoms after the revolution had a say. This work deals with operetta music, a new genre that emerged as a result of the French Revolution in music, especially in the field of performing arts. In this study, it is investigated how the changing social structure in France with the French Revolution, the changes it has made in the field of performing arts and how operetta music, which is a newly formed genre, has been affected. The research started with the reflections of the socio-economic changes that emerged with the French Revolution on society, then the effects of these changes on Romantic music were examined, and then the emergence and development process of the operetta genre, which is the form of the Romantic Period, was discussed. The French Revolution brought the idea of freedom to different classes in the society, and the idea of individualism of Romantic period led to the birth of operetta. It was concluded that the liberated society contributed to the development of this genre with its acquired rights.
