Acute cerebral venous sinus thrombosis is a rare disorder in children, but is often secondary to infections. The clinical features of cerebral venous sinus thrombosis are based on the localization and size of the affected vessel and age of the patient. In this article we encountered two different presentations of acute cerebral venous sinus thrombosis in two children aged 8 and 12 years old.en_US
