Kıyamet sonrası filmlerinde devletin kıyametin gerçekleşmesindeki rolü ve kıyamet sonrası kurulan yeni toplumsal düzendeki varlığı

Abstract

Bu tez çalışması, nasıl kurulduğu bilgisi tam olarak bilinmeyen ve birçok teori ile kuramlaştırılmaya çalışılan devlet kurumunun tarihsel olarak ortaya çıkışı ve gelişimi ile insanın bu kuruma doğumundan, ölümüne ve hatta ölümden sonra dahi bağlı kalmak zorunda olması durumunun nedenlerini Post-Apokaliptik (Kıyamet-Sonrası) film anlatıları üzerinden ve anlamlandırmayı hedeflemektedir. Post-Apokaliptik filmlerin hemen hepsinde farklı bir olay örgüsü ve metin olmasına rağmen tüm örnek filmlerde devletsiz kalmış insanların binlerce yılda geliştirerek evirdiği modern devletin yerini yıkımla beraber yine tarihsel gelişim sıralamasına uygun olarak ilkel, köleci ve hegemonyaya dayalı bir devlet örgütlenmesini nasıl kurmaya çalıştığı, Foucault'un bilgi/güç arasındaki kurduğu bağa dayalı söylem analizi yöntemiyle analiz edilmiştir. Kıyamet filmlerinde aslında kıyamete neden olan şeyin insan olarak görünür olan devlet kurumu olduğu, devletin yok oluşunun kıyamet olarak sunulduğu; kıyamete neden olan ve bunun sonucunda yok olan bu kurumun kıyamete neden olmasına rağmen sinema yapıtında yeniden kurulmak zorunda olan vazgeçilmez bir kurum olarak varlığını dayattığı sonucuna varılmıştır. This thesis aims to understand and comprehend the historical emergence and development of the state institution, which is not known exactly how it was founded and tried to be theorized with many theories, and the reasons why people have to adhere to this institution from birth, death and even after death in the Post-Apocalyptic (Post-Apocalyptic) film narratives. Although almost all of the post-apocalyptic films have different plots and different texts, in all the films in the sample, how the stateless people who try to establish a primitive, slave-owning and hegemony-based state organization after the destruction of the modern state which had developed over thousands of years in accordance with the historical continuity is analysed by discourse analysis method based on Foucault's knowledge/ power nexus. It has been concluded that the cause of the apocalypse in the apocalypse movies is actually the state institution embodied in human, and this institution which causes the apocalypse imposes its existence as an indispensable institution that has to be re-established in the cinematic work, although it is the cause of the apocalypse.
