Castleman's disease (CD), the reason of which is not precisely known, is a rare benign lymphoproliferative discomfort. Clinical categorization of this disease may be as localized (unicentric) or systemic (multicentric). We, in our article, argued the case of a previously healthy 37-year-old female with retroperitoneal localization of unicentric Castleman's disease. An ultrasonography-guided fine-needle aspiration biopsy was applied and chronic inflammation and lymphadenosis were diagnosed. After being resected, the retroperitoneal mass was gone through a histopathological examination and the results showed us that hyaline vascular variant CD existed. We can say total resection can be carried out as a quite satisfactory way of treatment for unicentric, hyaline vascular type Castleman's disease.en_US
