Rulman üretimi yapan bir firmada orta dönem kapasite planlama uygulaması

Abstract

İşletmeler üretim süreçlerini belirli bir program doğrultusunda gerçekleştirerek, sahip oldukları kaynakları verimli bir şekilde kullanmayı ve işletme gelirlerini arttırmayı hedeflemektedirler. Bu aşamada kapasite planlama konusu büyük önem taşımaktadır. Tedarik zincirindeki talebin karşılanması kapsamında, üretim kapasitesi ve işgücü ihtiyaçlarını belirlemek için kapasite planlama, sıkça kullanılan bir tekniktir. İşletmelerdeki iş akış süreçlerini sorunsuz hale getirerek, kaynakların en verimli şekilde kullanılmasını sağlar. Bu sayede atıl durumdaki kapasitelerin kullanımını sağlayarak maliyetleri en aza indirmeyi amaçlamaktadır. Kapasite planlama çalışmalarında kullanılan matematiksel tekniklerden biri de doğrusal programlamadır. Bu matematiksel teknik ile işletmelerin sahip olduğu sınırlı kaynakların yönetimi gerçekleştirilerek eniyi sonuçların elde edilmesi sağlanmaktadır. Bu tez kapsamında, rulman üretimi yapılan bir firmada orta dönem kapasite planlaması için doğrusal programlama tekniği ile hatlarda üretilecek ürünlerin ve miktarlarının belirlenmesi gerçekleştirilmiştir. İşletmenin sahip olduğu kaynaklar gözetilerek çok amaçlı matematiksel bir model oluşturulmuş ve pareto çözümler elde edilmiştir. Önerilen matematiksel model ile işletmelerin hangi ürünleri hangi hatta ne kadar üreteceğinin belirlenerek kapasite planlaması gerçekleştirilmiştir. Önerilen çok amaçlı matematiksel modelde ilk amaç çalışılan gün sayısının enküçüklenmesi, ikincisi ise ürünlerin özelliklerine göre parti büyüklüklerinin belirlenerek stok durumlarının etkin bir şekilde yönetiminin gerçekleştirilmesidir. Önerilen modelde bu iki amaç ile sisteme özel kısıtlar gözönünde bulundurularak pareto çözümler elde edilmiştir. Elde edilen sonuçlar performans kriterlerine göre karşılaştırılmıştır. Businesses aim to use their resources efficiently and increase business income by performing their production processes in line with a certain program. At this stage, capacity planning is of great importance. Capacity planning is a frequently used technique to determine production capacity and workforce needs as part of meeting demand in the supply chain. It streamlines the workflow in businesses and ensures the most efficient use of resources. In this way, it aims to minimize costs by ensuring the use of idle capacities. One of the mathematical techniques used in capacity planning studies is linear programming. With this mathematical technique, it is ensured that the best results are achieved by managing the limited resources of the enterprises. Within the scope of this thesis, the determination of the products to be produced on the lines and their quantities were carried out with the linear programming technique for medium term capacity planning in a company that produces bearings. A multiobjective mathematical model was created by considering the resources of the enterprise and pareto solutions were obtained. With the proposed mathematical model, capacity planning has been carried out by determining which products the enterprises will produce on which line and how much. In the proposed multi-objective mathematical model, the first purpose is to minimize the number of working days, and the second is to determine the lot sizes according to the characteristics of the products and to manage the stock status effectively. In the proposed model, for these two purposes, pareto solutions are obtained by taking into account the system-specific constraints. Obtained results were compared according to performance criteria.
