Sözlü kara analizi yöntemi temelinde salgın durumlarında polimerik biyomalzeme üreten firmaların kalite performanslarının değerlendirilmesi

Abstract

Salgın hastalıklar birçok alanı etkileyen kritik ve önemli olaylardır. Salgın süreçlerinde özellikle medikal ürünlerinin üretimi ve tedariği öne çıkmaktadır. Bu çalışmada, Covid-19 sürecinde, medikal ürünlerde kullanılan polimerik biyomalzemenin üretiminde etkilenen kalite performanslarının değerlendirilmesi amaçlanmaktadır. Literatür taraması ve sektör görüşmeleri ile üretimi etkileyen kalite performans kriterleri belirlenmiştir. Belirlenen kriterlerden soru listesi oluşturulmuş ve Ankara’da polimerik biyomalzeme üreticisi olan altı firmaya yöneltilmiştir. Alınan cevaplara, Entropi, ABC analizi ve ZAPROS metodu uygulanmıştır. Çalışma sonucu, firmaların üretim sürecindeki kalite performanslarındaki değişiklikleri içermektedir.Pandemics are critical and important events that affect many areas. In the pandemics processes, especially the production and supply of medical products come to the fore. In this study, it is aimed to evaluate the quality performances affected in the production of polymeric biomaterials used in medical products during the Covid-19 process. Quality performance criteria affecting production were determined through literature review and sector interviews. A list of questions was created from the determined criteria and directed to six companies that are polymeric biomaterial producers in Ankara. Entropy, ABC analysis and ZAPROS method were applied to the answers received. The result of the study includes the changes in the quality performances of the companies in the production process.
