    BlockchainBased Supply Chain Management: Understanding the Determinants of Adoption in the Context of Organizations

    This study investigates the importance of the determinants affecting the adoption and usage of blockchain-based SCM systems in the context of organizations. Hence, an SLR method was followed to uncover critical determinants in the literature. Then, a research model, including 14 key determinants, was developed based on the TOE Framework. Subsequently, the AHP method was applied to rank the adoption determinants. The findings reveal that environment-related determinants are more critical than technology-related or organization-related determinants.

    Digital transformation maturity assessment: development of the digital transformation capability maturity model

    The use of on-premises technology in the business environment to create a competitive advantage is ushering in a new era known as digital transformation. Although companies are aware of its potential benefits, they face challenges creating a clear roadmap to reform their existing processes in line with these technologies. Maturity models are developed to assist organisations by providing extensive guidance and a roadmap for improvement. However, as a result of the systematic literature review and its analysis, it was observed that none of the 18 existing maturity models in the digital transformation domain fully satisfies all the criteria of suitability, completeness, clearness, and objectivity. To close this research gap, this study aims to develop a holistic maturity model in the digital transformation domain, entitled DX-CMM, by applying a theoretically grounded development approach, which has so far been neglected despite its remarkable relevance. The purpose of DX-CMM is to assist organisations by providing current capability and maturity determination, deriving a gap analysis, and creating a comprehensive roadmap for improvement in a standardised way. An exploratory case study is also conducted to check the applicability of the model in this study.

    The maturity of open government data maturity: a multivocal literature review

    Purpose The aim of this study is to provide administrators in government institutions a roadmap to achieve benefits of open government data (OGD) by reviewing and classifying studies with assessment or maturity models (MMs) in the OGD domain with a Multivocal Literature Review (MLR). Design/methodology/approach To achieve this goal, the authors conducted an MLR that includes data from not only the formal literature but also the grey literature (e.g. white papers and online documents). Findings Out of 3,569 sources, 81 studies were selected by following the elimination scheme and assessing sources by relevance and methodology. As a result of the quality assessment of the identified MMs based on predefined criteria, unambiguity, comparability, repeatability, completeness, clearness and objectivity, it was observed that there are a limited number of MMs in this domain and none of them fully satisfies the requirements. Originality/value This study is likely the first MLR on OGD domain. This MLR serves as a first step for future research on OGD assessment and MMs by presenting the need to establish a holistic approach covering all OGD dimensions, creation of an objective assessment method, prescriptive properties, and empirical evaluation demonstrating the applicability and usefulness at different scope levels.

    Towards a Model Based Process Assessment for Data Analytics: An Exploratory Case Study

    The ability to leverage data analytics can enhance the decision-making process in organizations by generating valuable insights. However, there is a limited understanding of how organizations can adopt data analytics as part of their business processes due to a lack of comprehensive roadmap with a structural approach like a Process Capability Maturity Model (PCMM). In this study, the development of a PCMM based on the ISO/IEC 330xx standard for the data analytics domain is proposed to assist organizations in assessing their data analytics processes capability level and providing a roadmap for improving them continuously. Towards this goal, we conducted an exploratory case study for one data analytics process to evaluate the applicability and usability of the proposed approach.
