Böbrek Naklinde Cerrahi Komplikasyonlar ve Tedavisi

Abstract

Son dönem böbrek yetmezliğinin (SDBY) günümüzde en seçkin tedavi şekli böbrek naklidir. Nakledilen böbrek ve alıcı yaşam süresi gelişebilecek cerrahi komplikasyonlardan etkilenmektedir. Böbrek naklinin yapılmasıyla başlayan süreçte vasküler, ürolojik ve cerrahi girişim yeri ile ilişkili cerrahi komplikasyonlar görülebilir. Bu komplikasyonlara neden olabilecek risk faktörleri, alınması gereken önlemler ile komplikasyonların tanı ve tedavisi tartışılmıştır. Böbrek naklinde görülen cerrahi komplikasyonlar önemli morbiditeye neden olur. Nakil sonrası oluşabilecek cerrahi komplikasyonların zamanında ve erken tanınması önemlidir. Uygun tedavi ile nakil böbrek ve alıcı yaşam sürsi olumsuz etkilenmeyecektir.

Surgical Complications After Renal Transplantation The current treatment-of-choice for end-stage renal disease is kidney transplantation. Surgical complications affect survival of both the recipient and the transplanted kidney. Vascular, urological and surgical-site complications are the main types of complications that occur after kidney transplantation. Surgery-related problems can cause significant morbidity. It is important to monitor carefully and diagnose any surgical complications as soon as possible after this operation. If appropriate treatment is administered promptly, there is less risk of negative effects on survival of the recipient and graft kidney. This paper discusses the diagnosis and treatment of surgical complications after kidney transplantation, related risk factors, and preventive measures that can be taken.
