    Üniversite web sitelerinin kullanılabilirlik sorunları üzerine bir çalışma: Başkent Üniversitesi web sitesinin incelenmesi

    Başkent Üniversitesi web sitesinde kullanıcı sorunları üzerine hazırlanmış olan tez araştırması dört ana bölüm, kaynakça ve eklerden oluşmaktadır. Bölüm kapsamları kısaca şu şekildedir: Birinci ve ikinci bölümlerde üniversite web siteleri kullanılabilirlik ilkeleri doğrultusunda, kaynak taraması yöntemiyle elde edilen kaynaklar incelenerek tezin kavramsal çerçevesi oluşturulmuştur. Tez kapsamında belirlenmiş olan Başkent Üniversitesi web sitesi uzman kişilerce ve öğrenciler tarafından değerlendirilmiş ve bu değerlendirme araştırmaya dahil edilmiştir. Sonuç bölümünde ise Başkent Üniversitesi web sitesi kullanılabilirlik sorunları ile ilgili elde edilen veriler ışığında yorum yapılmış ve önerilerde bulunulmuştur. This thesis research on Başkent University’s website users usability problems consist of four main sections, references and appendices. Sections briefly as follows: In the first and second sections, conceptual framework would be formed through literature review in the direction of university web site usability principles. Başkent University website, which was determined within the thesis, would be evaluated by experts and students, and would be included in this research. In the conclusion part, usability issues of Başkent University website would be commented on and suggestions would be made in the light of the data obtained.
