    Lüks moda marka konumlandırmasında influencerların etkileri: Hermes örneği

    Bu araştırmada, sosyal medyanın lüks moda markaları ile ilişkisi, “Hermes” örneği üzerinden örneklendirilmiş ve bu örnek üzerinden nitel bir vaka değerlendirme analizi yapılmıştır. Bu kapsamda yapılan literatür taramaları, “Hermes” markasının Türkiye temsilcisi ile gerçekleştirilen görüşme ve araştırmacının marka ile yaşadığı kişisel deneyimin aktarılmasına dayanmaktadır. Lüks moda markalarından biri olan “Hermes”in influencer pazarlama stratejisi incelenmiş ve sonuçları değerlendirilmiştir. Bu araştırma markanın geleneksel pazarlama stratejisinden marka konumlandırmasında sosyal medya ve “influencer” aracılığıyla ilk defa pazarlama stratejisi gelişmesini tartışmaktadır. Çalışma kapsamında, “Hermes”in bu stratejik dönüşümü incelenerek, bu değişimin önemi ve etkisi ortaya konmuştur. In this study, the relationship between social media and luxury fashion brands is exemplified through the case of "Hermes", and a qualitative case evaluation analysis is conducted based on this example. Literature reviews conducted within this scope rely on interviews with the representative of "Hermes" in Turkey and the researcher's personal experience with the brand. The influencer marketing strategy of "Hermes", as one of the luxury fashion brands, is examined and its results are evaluated. This research discusses the transition of the brand from traditional marketing strategies to the development of marketing strategy for brand positioning through social media and "influencers" for the very first time. Within the scope of the study, the strategic transformation of "Hermes" is examined, the importance and the impact of these changes are highlighted.
