    Senetlerin ispat ve geçerlilik şekli

    Bu çalışmamızda, “Senetlerin İspat ve Geçerlilik Şekli” konusu incelenmiştir. İncelememizde, senet, belge, ispat, şekil ve geçerlilik kavramları açıklanmış ve senedin unsurları incelenmiştir. Ayrıca senetle ispat kuralları ve bu kuralların istisnalarıyla birlikte, senetlerin geçerlilik şekilleri de inceleme konusu yapılmıştır. In this study, "The Proof and Validity of Bills" was examined. In our review, the concepts of bill, document, proof, form and validity are explained and the elements of the bill are examined. In addition, the proof rules and the exceptions of these rules, as well as the validity of the bills, have been examined.
