    Kronik Böbrek Yetmezliğinde Akciğer Komplikasyonları

    Kronik böbrek yetmezliği, çeşitli akciğer komplikasyonları ile seyredebilir. Bu hastalarda, akciğer ödemi, plevral hastalık, akciğer kalsifikasyonu ve solunum yolu infeksiyonlarının daha sık geliştiği bildirilmektedir. Bunun yanısıra, hemodiyaliz, periton diyalizinin de akciğerlerde gaz değişimi ve total akciğer kapasitesi, rezidüel volüm ve vital kapasite gibi solunum fonksiyon testi parametreleri üzerinde olumsuz etkisi de vardır. Bu derlemede, kronik böbrek yetmezliğinin akciğerlere etkileri tartışılmaktadır Correlation of chronic renal failure and pulmonary complications Chronic renal diseases are associated with a variety of respiratory manifestations. Pulmonary edema, pleural disease, pulmonary calcification, and respiratory tract infections have been documented in patients with chronic renal failure. In addition, treatment with hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis produces unfavorable changes (eg, a reduction in total lung capacity, residual volume, and vital capacity) in pulmonary gas exchange and lung volume. In this review, the manifestations of chronic renal failure are discussed.
