However, PNET is derived from central nervous system, it can rarely occur in another soft tissue. Herein, we present an extremely rare cause of hematuria in an 83-year-old man, who was diagnosed as adamantinoma like PNET, in bladder. After transurethral surgical treatment, there was no recurrence, in short-term clinical follow-up.
