İç mimarlık tasarım süreçlerinin örgütsel yönetim bağlamında incelenmesi

Abstract

İç mimarlık tasarım süreçlerinin örgütsel bağlamında incelenmesi ile, iç mimarlık mesleğinin işlevsel ve estetik değerlere verdiği önemin yanı sıra multidisipliner bir çalışmayla, tasarım yönetimi süreçlerinin de ele alınması gerekliliğinin vurgulanması amaçlamaktadır. Araştırma, iş performansını desteklemenin ve tasarım başarısını artırmanın yanı sıra, zaman, maliyet ve malzeme tüketimi açısından daha etkili kaynak yönetimi sunan kapsamlı bir yaklaşım sunmaya çalışmaktadır.Belirlenen amaçlara ulaşmak için gerekli koşulların ve insan kaynaklarının örgütsel yapılanma içinde bir araya gelmesinin sürece sağladığı faydalardan bahsedilmiştir. Ayrıca rekabet avantajı elde etmeye yönelik yönetim ve örgüt yapıları incelenmiştir. Ülkemizde halen iç mimarlık disiplininin yönetim sürecinin yönetim prensipleriyle yeterli derecede desteklenmemesine ayrıca dikkat çekilmektedir. Etkili yönetim süreçlerinden geçen tasarım projesinin kalitesi, ön tasarım aşamasından teslim sonrası aşamasına kadar kendini göstermektedir. Süreç performansını artırmaya yönelik olarak, uzman yöneticilerin bilgi ve becerileri, teknik deneyime sahip iç mimarların katkıları ve ortak performans çalışmaları değerlendirilmiştir. Toplanan nitel ve nicel veriler, istatiksel yöntemlerle analiz edilerek, hiyerarşik yapı ve motivasyon faktörü araştırılmıştır. Performans değerlendirme modellerinin süreç hedeflerine ulaşma üzerindeki etkisi incelenmiştir. Değişen ihtiyaçlar ve teknolojik gelişmeler doğrultusunda modellerin sürekli güncellenmesi gerekliliği vurgulanmış, sektör performansını artırmaya yönelik öneriler geliştirilmiştir. Aynı zamanda bütünsel bir proje yapısı gündeme getirilmiştir. Bu yaklaşımın karar vermeyi hızlandırarak karmaşıklığı ve hatayı azaltması sebebiyle teslimat süreçlerinin risksiz ve verimli olmasından bahsedilmiştir. Yatırımcıların artan ve değişen taleplerine karşılık verme çabası tasarım sürecinin koordinasyonu daha karmaşık hale getirmektedir. Bu karmaşıklığın yönetimi ve birbirleriyle koordinasyonu için ‘Bim’ (yapı bilgilendirme modeli) gibi etkili işletme sistemlerinin faydalı olacağına değinilmiş proje süreçlerinde bilgi akışı, iş birliği ve koordinasyonun etkili yönetimi için, bahsedilen ulusal ve uluslararası yapı bilgi modelleme sistemlerinin iç mekân tasarım süreçlerine entegrasyonu incelenmiştir. By examining the interior architecture design processes in their organizational context, it is aimed to emphasize the importance that the interior architecture profession attaches to functional and aesthetic values, as well as the necessity of addressing design management processes with a multidisciplinary study. The research seeks to provide a comprehensive approach that offers more effective resource management in terms of time, cost and material consumption, as well as supporting business performance and increasing design success. The benefits of the necessary conditions and the gathering of human resources in the organizational structure to achieve the determined goals are mentioned. In addition, management and organizational structures aimed at gaining competitive advantage are examined. In our country, attention is also drawn to the fact that the management process of the interior architecture discipline is not adequately supported by the management principles. The quality of the design project, which has undergone effective management processes, is evident from the preliminary design stage to the post-delivery stage. In order to increase process performance, the knowledge and skills of expert managers, the contributions of interior architects with technical experience and joint performance studies were evaluated. The collected qualitative and quantitative data were analyzed by statistical methods and the hierarchical structure and motivation factor were investigated. The effect of performance evaluation models on achieving process goals is examined. The necessity of constantly updating the models in line with changing needs and technological developments was emphasized, and suggestions were developed to increase the performance of the sector. At the same time, a holistic project structure has been brought to the agenda. Since this approach accelerates decision-making and reduces complexity and error, it is mentioned that delivery processes are risk-free and efficient. The effort to respond to the increasing and changing demands of investors makes the coordination of the design process more complex. It has been mentioned that effective operating systems such as 'Bim' (building information model) will be useful for the management of this complexity and coordination with each other, and the integration of national and international building information modeling systems into interior design processes has been examined for the effective management of information flow, cooperation and coordination in project processes.
