| dc.description.abstract | Hastaneler, hizmet endüstrileri içinde yer alsa da çok geliĢmiĢ teknolojik ekipmanların kullanıldığı kurumlar haline gelmişlerdir. Tıbbi cihazlar ve ekipmanlar kaliteli ve verimli sağlık hizmeti sunumunun vazgeçilmez unsuru haline gelmiştir.
Tıbbi cihazlar, sağlık kurumları açısından en önemli maliyet unsurlarından birini oluşturmaktadır. Tıbbi cihaz satın alma kararları, aslında yatırım kararı olarak görülmelidir. Bu nedenle cihaz seçiminde yöneticilerin daha dikkatli davranmaları beklenmektedir.
Bu tezin temel amacı, hastanelerde tıbbi cihaz seçiminde satın alma personelinin dikkat ettikleri hususların incelenmesidir. Araştırma evrenini Ankara ilinde bulunan 20 hastanenin satın alma biriminde çalışan personeli oluşturmaktadır. Veri toplama aracı olarak anket yöntemi kullanılmış olup, verilerin analizinde tanımlayıcı istatistikler ve ki kare testi kullanılmıştır.
Araştırmada fiyat, kalite, kurulum kolaylığı, bilgi sistemine entegrasyon, marka, teknik servis ağı, ilave alan ihtiyacı, kaliteli hizmet sunumunu kolaylaştırma gibi faktörlerin satın alma kararlarında dikkate alındığı saptanmıştır.
Althought hospitals are regarded to be labor intensive organizations, they became the institutions where advanced technologies being used. Medical devices or equipments are the main component of the delivery of high quality health services in a efficient manner.
Medical devices constitues to great portion of hospital costs. Expenses for medical devices are in essence investment costs. Therefore hospital managers should be careful in medical device selection and purchasing process.
Principal purpose of this research is to determine factors that staff working at purchasing unit should focus on medical device selection procedures. Research universe constitutes purchasing unit personnel staffed in twenty hospitals operating in Ankara. Questionnaire method were used to collect data. Descriptive statististical procedures and chi-square tests were apllied to analyze data.
Study showed that porchasing unit staff consider mainly factors, such as cost of device, quality of device, instatallion issues, integration to hospital information system, pyhsical (bulding) needs, enabling of quality service production, in the selection medical device selection process | en_US |
